Als Referenzspannung in einem Messgerät wird eine Spannung \( U_\mathrm{AB} = 6 \, \mathrm{V} \) benötigt. Durch die Z-Diode (\(r_\mathrm{Z} = 10 \, \mathrm{Ω}\)) soll ein Strom von \( I_\mathrm{Z} = 5 \, \mathrm{mA} \) fließen.
Diodenmodell: \( U_\mathrm{Z} = U_\mathrm{Z0} + r_\mathrm{Z} · I_\mathrm{Z} \) für \( I_\mathrm{Z} > 0 \)
Lösungshinweis:
Verwenden Sie das \(I\)-\(U\)-Diagramm bzw. MathCAD zur Darstellung der Kennlinien und zum Ablesen der Arbeitspunkte.
\( U_\mathrm{Z0} \) folgt aus:
\( U_\mathrm{Z} = U_\mathrm{AB} = 6 \, \mathrm{V} = U_\mathrm{Z0} + 10 \, \mathrm{Ω} · 5 \, \mathrm{mA} \)
Der Widerstand \( R \) folgt aus:
\( U_\mathrm{AB} = U_\mathrm{e} - R·I_\mathrm{Z} \)
mit dem Arbeitspunkt (\(5 \, \mathrm{mA} \), \( 6 \, \mathrm{V}\))
